EXCHANGE POLICY - VOLGA

  1. Exchange Period: If your satisfaction with the product has been compromised or you have changed your mind about the purchase, you have the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order at your address.
  2. Conditions for Exchange: To proceed with an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use, in other words, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.

  1. Return Due to Remorse: If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order at your address.

The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used in the purchase, with no additional costs to you.

Return of Defective Products: According to Brazilian law, in the case of products with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving the order at your address. For defective products, send an email to [email protected], providing your full name, order number, and detailed information about the defect (including photos or videos, if possible). We will analyze your case within 30 days after receiving the returned products, and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used in the purchase, with no additional costs to you.

Return Instructions: According to the Consumer Protection Code, the shipping costs for returns due to remorse or defective products will be covered by our store, using the reverse logistics process. If "misuse" or "use" by the user is identified, there will be no refund or product exchange, and the damaged product will be returned to the user. Only after this analysis, the payment refund and/or product exchange periods will begin.
